Who is AlainStore?
AlainStore is a Surat-based Indian brand founded by Sujal Shankar. We design and manufacture reliable portable charging solutions in our own factory in Surat, Gujarat. Every power bank carries the official BIS licence (R-72011916), ensuring the highest safety and quality standards.
Where are AlainStore products manufactured?
All our products are designed, engineered, and manufactured at our own unit in Surat, Gujarat — GF Plot No. 179, Swaminarayan Nagar Society, Katargam, Lalita Chokdi, Surat – 395004.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (COD) in selected areas. All payments are processed through secure 128-bit SSL encryption.
How long does delivery take?
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days
We ship through trusted partners (Delhivery, Ecom Express, and India Post). You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.
How do I know which power bank is best for me?
Check the product specifications on each page (mAh capacity, charging speed, number of ports, weight). Our team has also added “Best For” recommendations on every listing. You can also WhatsApp us your requirement and we will suggest the perfect model.
Are your power banks safe to use on flights?
Yes. All AlainStore power banks comply with airline safety regulations (battery capacity under 100Wh). The BIS certification ensures complete safety.
Do you provide a bill/invoice with GST?
Yes. Every order includes a proper GST invoice in your email and inside the package.

ORDERS
How do I check my order status?
Log in to your account on alainstore.in and go to “My Orders.” You'll also get shipping updates by email as your order moves.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@alainstore.in or call +91 95005 19005 with your order number and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver across India.
How do I track my order?
Use the “Track Your Order” link in our website footer, or check “My Orders” in your account.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?
Email support@alainstore.in with your order number and the reason for return. Please don't send the item back before we confirm – unauthorised returns may be refused. We'll respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, for size/colour issues on eligible products. Email us with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, typically a few business days after approval.
WARRANTY
What is alain's warranty policy?
We stand behind every product we make. Warranty period varies by product: 6 months on Pocket Charge, Pocket Charge Pro and LuxSlim; 1 year on all other power banks, chargers, stations and cables. The exact period is listed on each product page.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use.
What isn't covered?
Physical damage, water damage beyond rated splash resistance, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any modification to the product.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@alainstore.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo or short video. Our team will guide you from there.
Are alain products certified safe?
Our chargers and power banks carry BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification as required by Indian law. Certification numbers are listed on individual product pages.
