1. 7-Day Replacement Window
You can request a replacement or repair within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
This window applies only to manufacturing defects or damage that happened during delivery.
2. Replacement / Repair First, Refund Only if Needed
• For any valid manufacturing defect in the first 7 days, we will send you a brand-new replacement unit or repair the product (same model or a better equivalent if stock is temporarily unavailable).
• Refund will be given only if we are unable to replace or repair the product after inspection.
3. Free Pickup for Defective Items
If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged, we arrange free pickup from your doorstep anywhere in India. You pay nothing for return shipping.
4. What We Need for a Valid Return/Replacement
To keep the process fair:
• The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
• All original accessories, manuals, warranty card, and outer box must be included.
• No physical damage caused by the customer (drops, water, scratches, tampering, etc.).
• The BIS Standard Mark and serial number sticker must be intact.
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable:
• Any power bank that has been opened or used (even once)
• Products with tampered, broken, or missing seals
• Items with visible physical damage or signs of liquid exposure
• Products returned after the 7-day window
6. Refund Timeline (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
• We will process your refund within 7 business days.
• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
7. Warranty
All AlainStore products come with a manufacturer warranty.
Additionally, we offer an Extended 30-Day Warranty on all purchases made through our website (alainstore.in).
This 30-day extended warranty is over and above the 7-day replacement window.
For any warranty or repair claim, video proof is mandatory. You must share:
• Unboxing video of the product, and
• Handover video (showing the product being received from the delivery person).

How to Start a Return, Replacement or Warranty Claim

2. Mention your Order ID and attach clear photos and the required video proof (unboxing + handover).
3. Our team will verify the request and arrange free pickup within 48 hours.
