Who is AlainStore?
AlainStore is a Surat-based Indian brand founded by Sujal Shankar. We design and manufacture reliable portable charging solutions in our own factory in Surat, Gujarat. Every power bank carries the official BIS licence (R-72011916), ensuring the highest safety and quality standards.
Are AlainStore power banks BIS certified?
Yes. All our power banks are manufactured under the official BIS licence No. R-72011916 and comply with IS 13252 (Part 1):2010 / IEC 60950-1:2005 standards. You will find the BIS Standard Mark on every product.
Where are AlainStore products manufactured?
All our products are designed, engineered, and manufactured at our own unit in Surat, Gujarat — GF Plot No. 179, Swaminarayan Nagar Society, Katargam, Lalita Chokdi, Surat – 395004.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (COD) in selected areas. All payments are processed through secure 128-bit SSL encryption.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we start processing for fast delivery. Please contact us immediately at support@alainstore.in or +91 95005 19005.
How long does delivery take?
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days
We ship through trusted partners (Delhivery, Ecom Express, and India Post). You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.
How do I know which power bank is best for me?
Check the product specifications on each page (mAh capacity, charging speed, number of ports, weight). Our team has also added “Best For” recommendations on every listing. You can also WhatsApp us your requirement and we will suggest the perfect model.
Are your power banks safe to use on flights?
Yes. All AlainStore power banks comply with airline safety regulations (battery capacity under 100Wh). The BIS certification ensures complete safety.
What is the warranty on AlainStore products?
All products come with a manufacturer warranty. We also offer an Extended 30-Day Warranty on every purchase made from alainstore.in. Exact warranty period is mentioned on each product page.
What is your Return & Replacement Policy?
We offer a 7-day replacement for manufacturing defects or transit damage. We arrange free pickup for defective items. Please refer to our detailed Return & Replacement Policy page for complete terms.
Do you provide a bill/invoice with GST?
Yes. Every order includes a proper GST invoice in your email and inside the package.

My power bank is not charging properly. What should I do?
Please send us your Order ID + clear photos/videos of the issue on WhatsApp or email. Our team will guide you immediately and arrange a replacement if needed.
