Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
  • A flat shipping fee applies on orders below ₹499 — the exact amount is shown at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number. You can track your order using the Track Your Order page on our website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately at support@alainstore.in or WhatsApp us at +91 95005 19005. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Please ensure your delivery address and pincode are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
  • We currently ship within India only.
