Are the cables on the PowerFlex removable?
No. The USB-C and Lightning cables are built permanently into the body. They retract when not in use and cannot be lost or forgotten.
Can I charge two devices at the same time?
Yes — via both built-in cables and the USB-C port simultaneously.
How many times will it charge my phone?
Approximately 1.5 full charges for most modern smartphones in real-world use.
What is the difference between 15W and 22.5W versions?
The 22.5W version charges compatible Android phones faster. For iPhone users, the practical difference is smaller.
How do I charge the PowerFlex itself?
Via the USB-C port at up to 15W input. Full charge takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
What does the LED display show?
Exact remaining battery percentage. Press the power button once to check without initiating charging.
Is it allowed on flights?
Yes. At 10000mAh (37Wh), within DGCA and international airline carry-on regulations. Hand luggage only.
Will it fast charge my iPhone 15?
Yes — iPhone 15 from 0 to 50% in approximately 35 minutes via Apple PD.
Does it support pass-through charging?
Not recommended for regular use due to heat generation. Supported in emergencies.
