FAQ's
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Can the SolRover fully charge itself from solar power?
No. The solar panel is designed for emergency top-up, not full recharging. For a full recharge, use the USB-C input port.
How fast does the solar panel charge it?
Solar charging speed depends on sunlight intensity. In optimal direct sunlight, the panel generates a slow top-up charge. It extends the bank's range — it is not a primary charging source.
What iPhones does MagSafe snap work with?
iPhone 12 and above — all iPhone 13, 14, 15, and 16 models.
How many charges does 10000mAh deliver?
Approximately 1.5 to 2 full smartphone charges in real-world use, plus additional charge from solar top-up.
Is it allowed on flights?
Yes. At 10000mAh (37Wh), within DGCA and international airline carry-on limits. Hand luggage only.
How do I charge it via USB-C?
Connect a USB-C cable to the input port. Full charge from empty takes approximately 3 hours with a suitable wall adapter.
Can I use it as a wired power bank?
Yes — via the USB-C output port in addition to the MagSafe wireless connection.
Is it waterproof?
The SolRover is designed for outdoor use. Check the product page for specific weather-resistance details.
Is the SolRover good for everyday urban use?
The SolRover is optimised for outdoor and travel use. For everyday urban carry, the alain Prime or Air Mag are better suited.
What warranty does it carry?
Warranty details on the product page. Contact support@alainstore.in for claims.
